Super Group Ltd. has recognised the essential need to actively contribute to addressing unemployment, poverty and social upliftment across the country. In view of this, the Group has embarked upon a broad based initiative with the intention of impacting on the lives of all of our employees, their families and the communities in which they live. We believe that this approach will ensure that our employees become responsible employees, citizens and parents.

This company has embraced the concept of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) and as such have developed a corporate policy framework that informs our interventions.

	Level 4 rating obtained (see BEE certificate). Procurement level 100%
	Ranked 8th overall – Top 188 top empowerment companies ( Financial Mail company survey April 2008)
	50% of Top Management is black
	24.1% of Senior Management is black, using the adjusted recognition for gender.
	25.9% of Middle Management is black, using the adjusted recognition for gender.
	Our Owner-Driver Programme contributes significantly both to job creation and Enterprise Development for black persons.
	Super Group Ltd. has initiated the establishment of the Stop Wash initiative which has thus far created approximately 1000 jobs for black persons .
